We'll start with a 2 hour consultation to help you figure out how Career Intelligence can best integrate alongside the systems you currently have in place e.g. your existing performance management system, psychometrics and other training

Train the trainers

You nominate a minimum of 2 "Career Intelligence Champions" to attend our Career Intelligence "train the trainer" certification in 5 x 2 hour virtual sessions, so they are able to train the managers in your organisation themselves.

Empower managers

We'll give your "Career Intelligence Champions" and your managers all the resources and materials they need to successfully integrate the framework into their performance cycle and get the buy-in of every member of the team.

Quarterly check-ins

Our team will check in regularly with your Career Intelligence Champions to see how the system is integrating, offer ongoing support and help with a thorough implementation.
